  • Such a cool spot, vintage motel with a hip updated aesthetic built out with outdoor adventures in mind! Park right in front of your room for easy access, contactless checkin, bike racks in your room for you mtb’ers, and suuuuuuper comfy beds! Oh ya, super dog friendly! They even have a fenced in area for pups! Food & drinks: There is a great cafe/coffee shop on site!

  • I really enjoyed by stay at LOGE. It’s got a good vibe and the staff were very accommodating. The food options on site were very limited and the building is super old … there may be black mold in the bathroom shower.

  • Super fun brand, was a little hard to navigate the rentals you get for the resort fee so was a bummer didn’t get to use any of those options. Also the automated texts are great but it was really hard to get a response form anyone - response time for needs and questions was super slow, didn’t love that.

So welcoming and comfortable and clean and up to date room. Bad: Wish there was more food choices and hours opened up 7am till atleast 6pm. The one guy working there was great though. Very helpful

  • Everything was as well cleaned as could be. Unfortunately the shower/tub is just old and worn out, with crud accumulated behind loose trim that nobody could possibly clean adequately. Overall i really liked the place. Cool vibes, very roomy, fridge/microwave/electric kettle, comfortable beds, clean linens/floors/everything but that shower.

  • This was our second time staying at Loge. It seems a bit run down comparing to 2 years ago. We loved it 2 years back. Very affordable then with more staff onsite. This year, on a busy Memorial weekend, they didn’t have any breakfast options anymore, except fir old pastries on display for 3 days - the website’s “menu” seems outdated. S’mores for kids are first come first serve at the community room, they don’t provide them in the room anymore - I’d happily pay for the kit. The floor and shower were kinda dirty and sheets and pillowcases stained. Not sure what’s happening to this place, but it seems like they don’t care much anymore. $250 per night seemed decent on a busy weekend, but wouldn’t pay more than that. The booking and communication/service via text were great though. The kids do love the hammock and the place is pet- friendly. Just think of it more as a camping experience, rather than a motel with breakfast options and a bar.

  • Good: Loved the concept and the property. Very neat set up. Loved being able to rock my baby in the hammock that hung across the room. Bad: The furniture quality and cleanliness. There were random pills in the drawer, the furniture looked and felt like it was about to fall apart ( cheap )

  • The bicycles were a great way to get around to the Siskiyou lake beach 11 miles round trip. The room decor made us feel like we were part of outdoor sports culture.

  • Very unique older hotel. The room and beds were good. A hammock in the middle of the room was unique and fun. The only negative feedback is for the bathroom. The shower stall was very moldy and the floor was a bit disgusting. Those issues can be mitigated relatively easily so not sure why it’s not done. Virtual check in / check out was easy and they were very responsive to our inquiries via texts. It would have been nicer to have real coffee in the room vs instant coffee. We would have gladly gotten good coffee at their cafe but it wasn’t open when we left early.

  • Good: Stylish activity oriented decor and amenities. Free use of bicycles. Bad: The wooden exterior stairs were worn and one was a bit creaky, but the staff was actively evaluating repairs on it as we were preparing to leave, sparing us the need to mention it to them.

  • I have stayed in hostels all across Europe and I have to say this one is superb! They have everything you could need. The facilities are very up to date and in good repair. Everything is clean and well kept. The property manager is friendly and helpful. Food & drinks: There are two main grocery stores in town. Mount Shasta Supermarket is the biggest and best. Hotel Highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
